Goals: Engaging in active/open listening Asking strategic questions to promote critical thinking Managing divergent points of view Facilitating collaborative problem-solving Creating effective action plans A highly interactive learning event incorporating group discussions, activities, and opportunities for students to apply the concepts they've learned. Participants reflect on their experiences and practice leadership skills. This learning event incorporates a mentoring component where experienced leaders or teachers can provide guidance and support throughout the program. Learners are assigned projects or tasks for students to apply their leadership skills in real-world scenarios, emphasizing problem-solving, teamwork, and ethical decision-making.
